Ram Charan has been choosing to do different types of roles with his films and surprising his fans. The energetic actor is currently engaged in multiple films like 'RRR' and 'Aacharya'.Recent reports suggest that Ram Charan will be playing a dual role in Shankar's directorial. Ram Charan has earlier played a dual role in the films 'Magadheera' and 'Nayak', and both have worked well for the charming actor. And if reports are to be believed Ram Charan will be seen as the father and son in ‘RC 15’. Also, it is worth mentioning that Shankar is best at making a dual drama, and his films 'Indian', 'Jeans', 'Enthiran', and '2.0' are great proof of it.
Meanwhile, Korean singer Suzi Bae is said to be playing one of the female leads in ‘RC 15’, while names like Malavika Mohanan, Kiara Advani, and Alia Bhatt are in consideration for the second female lead. Ram Charan recently visited Shankar's house in Chennai and assured the fans that back-to-back updates regarding 'RC 15' are on the way. Shankar is currently in Hyderabad to finalize the dates for the film shooting, and we can expect a surprise announcement soon.
The script of the film is said to be written by Karthik Subbaraj although there is no official confirmation from these two directors.
To be produced by Dil Raju's Sri Venkateshwara Cine Creations, the shoot of the yet-untitled film is likely to begin in August. Touted to be one of the quickest films of Shankar, the director is targeting a possible theatrical release for the Summer Holidays 2022.
