Mumbai Court restrains Kamaal Khan from sharing videos, comments on Salman Khan.

A court in Mumbai on Wednesday temporarily restrained actor Kamaal R Khan (KRK) from sharing any defamatory posts or videos on social media against Bollywood superstar Salman Khan and held that a person’s reputation is “purest treasure and the most precious perfume of life”.

Salman Khan recently slapped a defamation case against actor-filmmaker and self-proclaimed critic Kamaal Rashid Khan, popularly known as KRK after he gave a negative review to his recently released film 'Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai'. Post this KRK is frequently coming out with several tweets and videos in order to tarnish the reputation of the superstar. Now, the City Civil Court while giving interim relief to the actor, has temporarily restrained him from making any statements, videos, posts or reposting and republishing any defamatory content against Salman Khan, his family, and director and shareholders of his production company Salman Khan Ventures and stated that, 'Reputation and honour are no less precious to good men than bodily safety and freedom'. 

The court said, 'A person is identified by his name. His name may have no value to society but would be precious to the person concerned. A good name is better than great riches…Reputation is not only the salt of life but the purest treasure and the most precious perfume of life.' Well, recently the film 'Dabangg' actor filed a plea to restrain KRK from making any defamatory posts or comments about him or his film film 'Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai'.
