Akshay has always been the one to take box-office risks and has come out massively successful in most cases. In fact, next year he is an all set to challenge none other than Salman Khan that too Eid has his Laxmi Bomb would clash with Salman’s Radhe: The Most Wanted Bhai. But taking on one Khan wasn’t enough and Akshay Kumar was also set to Aamir Khan at the box-office as Bachchan Pandey and Laal Singh Chaddha were going to lock horns on Christmas 2020.
According to reports in media, the scripting of Akshay starrer Bachchan Pandey is still underway and it will take time for its completion. Therefore the makers have decided to push the release as the pre-production process will be time-consuming. The team needs time to fine-tune the script.
Moreover, the film will avoid clashing with Aamir Khan's upcoming movie. At present, Akshay is busy shooting for 'Laxmi Bomb' and 'Sooryavanshi'. By the end of November Akshay will be traveling to Hyderabad for a month-long schedule of the cop drama 'Sooryavanshi' which also features Katrina Kaif in a lead role. The film will hit the theatres on March 27,2020.
Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar's Bachchan Pandey will be directed by Farhad Samji and the first look of the Khiladi left everyone stunned. On the other hand, Laal Singh Chaddha will star Aamir with Kareena Kapoor Khan and is being directed by Advait Chandan. The filming is going on in Chandigarh.
