According to Hollywood entertainment portal, the producers of Cowboy Ninja Viking have removed the film from the release calendar.The film won't be going on floors anytime soon, which means that it will also be missing its intended release in 2019. The only silver lining is that the film hasn't been shelved, but postponed indefinitely. Though delayed, reports suggest that the film is still actively in development and director Michelle MacLaren is attached to the project.The production studios suggest that the film will get another release date at a later time to solve the production scheduling issue.Whenever the film does go on floors, Priyanka will play the female lead. Priyanka cannot return to Bharat, as Katrina has already stepped into her shoes. As for her future films, Priyanka has The Sky is Pink and Hollywood film Isn't it Romantic in her kitty.
PeeCee will begin shooting for Sonali Bose's The Sky Is Pink, which is based on Aisha Choudhary's life, who became a motivational speaker after being diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis at the age of 13. Priyanka will play Aisha's mother in the film. Zaira Wasim will play Aisha, and Farhan Akhtar will be opposite Priyanka in the film.
