Now the latest reports suggest that it was on the same birthday that Nick and Priyanka exchanged rings. Nick popped the question in London on Priyanka's birthday, a source revealed to People.com. The singer bought the engagement ring at a Tiffany store in New York City.
An insider said that Nick was "very, very happy" and revealed, "His friends and family have never seen him like this, and they're all really excited for him. He's definitely very serious about her."
As soon as the news of her engagement came out, now the buzz is that the lovebirds will exchange vows in October this year. And that's the reason the Baywatch actress has opted out of Ali Abbas Zafar's Bharat.
The filmmaker confirmed the news saying that she is no longer a part of Bharat for a "very special reason," hinting at her wedding with Nick Jonas.

Priyanka and Nick first set tongues wagging when they arrived at last year's Met Gala together, both dressed in Ralph Lauren creations. The actress had explained on Jimmy Kimmel's show, "We were both wearing Ralph Lauren and we decided to go together. It was fun."
It was Priyanka's Quantico co-star Graham Rogers who introduced them, Nick revealed. "We met up like in New York the first time and the same day I think we found out that we are both going to the Met Gala with Ralph Lauren. And as strange as it sounds but we couldn't have planned it. We just had a great time. She's a lovely person," he had said in an interview last year.
