Superstar Rajinikanth's 165th film directed by Karthik Subbaraj and the film is being bankrolled by Sun Pictures is happening in Darjeeling with Bobby Simha also participating. The current schedule will last for another twenty days after which the team would return home.
Recently, some sources hinted that Rajini clads the role of a professor in the film but no official word has transpired from the director's side. In fact, most of the news that comes out regarding this flick are mere word-of-mouth sort. The makers haven't divulged the entire cast and crew formally until now.
It is already a known fact that Vijay Sethupathi is playing the chief antagonist's role in 'Thalaivar 165' and he will start shooting for his portions in the next schedule. It has now come to light that there is another villain in the film and the terrific Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui has been approached. With Thalaivar Rajini on one side and Vijay Sethupathi and Nawazuddin Siddiqui on the other it looks like the screen will erupt with total mass power.
