It was previously announced that Rajinikanth's Kaala will hit the screens on April 27. But, ever since TFPC strike, it was heavily rumoured that the much anticipated action film's release date might be pushed to a later date. Now, the makers of Kaala, Lyca Productions to took it to their Twitter space to clear the rumour. "@LycaProductions has not conveyed anything to anyone regarding #Kaala release date. We are not responsible for any statements arising on release date speculations"
So, as of now, Kaala is all set to release on April 27 as fixed. However, it is uncertain as the strike is yet to be called off by TFPC. Kaala, is helmed by Pa. Ranjith, and is also bankrolled by Wunderbar Films.
