A recent picture of Simbu is currently going viral online and all for the right reasons! One look at the picture and the first thing you notice is Simbu’s incredible transformation. He is currently on hardcore gym mode and the results are for us to see! He is looking super toned and super fit. We bet fans are loving this makeover. We are getting to see a completely new side to Simbu and everyone is going gaga. We can’t help but wonder if Mani Ratnam is responsible for this transformation?

For those don’t know, Mani Ratnam has signed on Simbu for his next. The news of their collaboration created a sheer frenzy among his fans. Finally the actor was getting his due after a string of decent to average films. His last film AAA proved disastrous at the box office. Here was his chnace to return with a bang! From the looks of it, we will be seeing Simbu in a totally new look. That could explain the hardcore workouts. What say? We can’t wait for the start shooting. Reportedly they will begin filming in February. But Mani Ratnam’s film does not only star Simbu! In fact it boasts of a splendid cast.
The movie will star Arvind Swamy, his protege who was last seen in Bogan. He has two other films coming up – Bhaskar Oru Rascal and Sathuranga Vettai 2. The Mani Ratnam – Arvind Swamy has always proved killer in the past. Can’t wait to see what they have to offer this time. The movie will also star the super talented Fahadh Faasil who won praise for his grey character in Velaikkaran. Jyothika has joined hans with the ace director for this film. She will be seen in Nachiyaar, a thriller next month. The movie will feature one OF the most popular actors of Tamil cinema – Vijay Sethupathi. Aishwarya Rajesh is another female lead who is part of this film. Reports suggest that Antony Varghese and Aditi Rao Hydari might also be part of this ensemble cast.
