The first full trailer of Captain Miller is out. The film stars Dhanush in the titular role and is set in the pre-independent era.

In the three-minute long video, Dhanush is seen in multiple avatars, swinging guns, aiming at enemies whilst letting out a battle cry.

As soon as the trailer of the Dhanush film was released, fans flooded comments section with compliments. One fan wrote, "Pongal Winner." Another mentioned, "Highest grosser for Tamil film industry."
Helmed by Arun Matheswaran, Captain Miller features Dhanush and Priyanka Arul Mohan in lead roles. Actors such as Shiva Rajkumar, Sundeep Kishan and John Kokken play pivotal roles in the film as well. The music has been scored by the talented GV Prakash.
Captain Miller releases on January 12 in cinemas.
DHANUSH'S WORK FRONT
Besides Captain Miller, Dhanush has D50 in the pipeline, his second directorial venture after the 2017 release, Pa Paandi. D50 reportedly features Nithya Menen and Sundeep Kishan among others in significant parts. The music of the movie will be composed by the Mozart of Madras, AR Rahman.
D50 is slated to release sometime this year.
