Vikram’s 61th film, to be helmed by director Pa Ranjith and produced by producer Studio Green Gnanavelraja and Pa Ranjith's Neelam Productions, was launched today with a pooja ceremony in Chennai. The film’s regular shoot has also commenced.
The film is said to be a period drama about the uprising of a man in the mine fields, and will be shot on a grand scale with the team even planning for 3D visuals. The music for the film will be composed by GV Prakash.
