Chiyaan Vikram is known to give his all when it comes to sporting various looks in his films. Be it gaining weight, going skinny or getting into a disguise, the actor gives it his all. And this time, in Ajay Gnanamuthu’s Cobra, he has seven different looks.
‘Kennedy Club’, actress Meenakshi has roped in to play as one of the pivotal roles in Cobra. In an exclusive chat with TOI, She spoke about how she ended up signing for ‘Cobra’ and also shared her experience working with the filmmaker R AjayGnanamuthu and the talented team.

Meenakshi said,“I had signed for ‘Cobra’ two days prior to the release of ‘Kennedy Club’. I learned a lot while working with Ajay Gnanmuthu sir. He is someone who doesn’t settle for anything less than excellence. Even if there is a small glitch, he would go for a retake. And I think that itself is the reason behind his success. Working for 'Cobra' gave me an experience similar to that of 10 films,”
When asked about Chiyaan Vikram's look and his role in 'Cobra', Meenakshi stayed tight-lipped. “Yes, Vikram sir will be donning several looks in the film, but I can’t reveal much about the numbers or his look. I found all of the looks interesting and, I am sure the audience will feel the same after watching ‘Cobra’. Chiyaan Vikram sir was cheerful and enthusiastic on the sets, and it was a great experience working with him in 'Cobra',” Meenakshi said signing off.
Cobra is a heist thriller in which Chiyaan Vikram will play the role of a mathematician. The film's teaser released in January 2021 and received a positive response. The film stars former Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan, Srinidhi Shetty, KS Ravikumar and Miya George in important roles.
