Tollywood is slowly returning back to work. Allu Arjun and Sukumar are keen to resume the shoot of the film in July. Around 25 days of the film’s shoot is pending to complete the first installment of Pushpa. Allu Arjun is keen to complete the pending shoot in two quick and back-to-back schedules. Sukumar and his team are planning the schedules according to the availability of the dates of the actors.
The Latest update is that the makers are in plans to launch the first song in a special way. The makers want the film to be in the news and that is the reason they want to release the songs first. An official confirmation is yet to be made in this regard.
Allu Arjun is playing the role of Pushpa Raj, a red sanders smuggler in the film that is being directed by Sukumar. Rashmika Mandanna is playing the female lead while Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil is playing the antagonist. The film was slated to hit screens this August but is expected to be postponed due to the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.
