Tanhaji The Unsung Warrior Box Office Report : Ajay Devgn's Tanhaji Rules Box Office !
Ajay Devgn and Saif Ali Khan have come together on the silver screen after a long time and the duo have managed to weave their magic once again in the latest release 'Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior'. The period drama which is based on the life of Maratha Empire's military leader Tanaji Malusare has Ajay essaying the titular role while Saif plays the character of the main antagonist Udaybhan Singh Rathore.
The movie made around Rs 83 crore on its second week. On Thursday, the movie made Rs 7.02 crore, taking the total collection to Rs 197.45 crore. Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior's box office collection on Friday is estimated to be Rs 6 crore, taking the total earnings of the Ajay Devgn movie to Rs 203 crore.
The report further suggested that the drop in week two is just around 20% from the first weekend which is an extraordinary trend for a film which was released in more than 3500 screens. The film also has a remarkable run in Maharashtra and Mumbai circuit with unbelievable collections. If 'Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior' continues with his historic run then it may easily cross the Rs 250 crore mark as well in the coming few days.
Tanhaji box office collections come on the back of its Maharashtra earnings. Apart from Ajay and Saif, the period drama also stars Kajol, Sharad Kelkar, Luke Kenny, Neha Sharma and Devdutta Nage in pivotal roles and even they have managed to impress the audience by delivering a stellar performance.
