After the block buster of viswasam,Thala Ajith has moved on to his next, a Tamil remake of 2016 hit Pink which starred Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu in the lead. Ajith will be seen portraying the role played by Amitabh Bachchan in the original. Apart from Ajith, AK59 also stars Vidya Balan and Shraddha Srinath in the lead role.
Currently, Prabhas and Ajith are busy with the shooting of Saaho and Tamil remake of Pink at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad. And it is said that Thala Ajith dropped in on the sets of Saaho and surprised Prabhas.
Sources close to the team revealed that the two actors were hanging out for a couple of hours on the sets of Saaho before heading home for the day. It is reported that Prabhas was in awe of Ajith and went gaga about his personality.A few reports revealed that the two stars took photos on the sets. However, these pics haven't been released by the respective teams.Apart from the sets of Prabhas' Saaho, Ajith also visited filmmaker Priyadarshan on the sets of his film Marakkar: The Lion of Arabian Sea. The period epic stars Mohanlal and Suniel Shetty.
