Dhanush and GV Prakash were frequent collaborators in the past. They have given super hit albums namely Aadukalam and Mayakam Enna. It has been over five years since these two albums released, but they still hold a special place in everyone's playlist.
However, Dhanush and GV Prakash had a major fallout due to a misunderstanding and parted ways. Now, after 8 years, they have joined hands for GV Prakash's upcoming film Jail, in which he has doubled up as a music director.
GV Prakash has roped in Dhanush to render a melody song in Jail, which is directed by Vasanthabalan.The latest update we hear is that director Vetrimaaran has approached GV Prakash to compose music for his upcoming film ‘Asuran’ starring Dhanush.Dhanush will be teaming up with GV Prakash for this project after 8 years and this is Vetrimaaran's next with GV after the 2015 film Visaranai.
