The latest news surrounding Rashmika is that she is being considered to play the female lead in a film by director Venky Kudumula of Chalo fame. The untitled film features actor Nithiin, who was last seen in the underwhelming Srinivasa Kalyanam.
Venky Kudumula was the one to introduce Rashmika Mandanna to the Telugu film industry with the film Chalo. He is mighty impressed with her performance in Geetha Govindam and wants to work with her again," revealed a source to a daily.
At present, Rashmika is busy with multiple projects in the Telugu and Kannada film industries. She will once again be seen opposite Vijay Deverakonda in Comrade. She is also awaiting the release of Nani and Nagarjuna-starrer Devadas.
Rashmika was last seen in director Parasuram's Geetha Govindam, which saw Vijay Deverakonda playing the lead role. The film was declared a blockbuster and it also raked in over Rs 100 crore at the box office worldwide.
