Trisha Krishnan is prepping up for the release of the long-delayed
horror-comedy ‘Mohini’, which is hitting the screens this Friday.According to reports, R Madhavan is reportedly interested to remake the
film in Hindi.In a recent interaction, director Madhesh revealed that Madhavan reportedly love the script of ‘Mohini’ when he met the
director in London. So much so that Madhavan asked Madhesh to come up with a fresh screenplay so that he could remake
‘Mohini’ in Hindi.
However, an official confirmation regarding the same is awaited. Last seen in ‘Vikram Vedha’, Madhavan has two new projects
coming out in Tamil. He will essay the ISRO scientist Nambi Narayanan in the upcoming yet-untitled biopic, which will be
helmed by Ananth Mahadevan. Madhavan also has ‘Maraa’, in which he will be teaming up with Shraddha Srinath for the
second time.
Meanwhile, ‘Mohini’, produced by Marvel Worth Productions, will clash with the Vijay Sethupathi starrer ‘Junga’ on July 27. With
Vivek-Mervin’s music, the film also stars Aarthi Ganesh, Madhumitha and Swaminathan in important roles.
