Chiyaan Vikram’s forthcoming actioner ‘Saamy Square’ is easily one of the most awaited Tamil releases this year. Directed by Hari, ‘Saamy Square’ is a sequel to the blockbuster Tamil film of the same name and also stars Bobby Simha, John Vijay, Soori and Prabhu in important roles. Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad has been roped in to handle the music department.
As per the latest report, Trisha has opted out, Aishwarya rajesh has stepped in to do her role in Saamy Square.Chiyaan-Keerthy Suresh-starrer has a new addition Aishwarya Rajesh, who is said to be Trisha’s replacement.An excited Aishwarya, who has already begun shooting for her portions, says, “I haven’t had a proper commercial release yet in my career. Being a part of Hari sir’s film got me really excited. This will be a proper commercial action film, with Keerthy and I as the female leads. For starters, I have a really nice song in the film. As for the role, many say that I have replaced Trisha’s role. But I wouldn’t call it that way. I am elated to be working with Vikram sir for the second time (following Gautham Vasudev Menon’s Dhruva Natchathiram). We have been shooting for quite some time now and there are around 15 days of shoot left for me.”In Dhruva Natchathiram, I play a journalist. So, I am happy I am getting to do different roles in each of these films,” she says.
