Sources say that Thenandal Films which produced Thalapathy Vijay’s blockbuster Mersal will be buying the Tamil Nadu distribution rights of the actor’s upcoming magnum opus political commercial entertainer film Sarkar.Thenandal Films have always maintained a close relationship with Sun TV so they are said to be the front-runner in snapping the TN theatrical rights of the film from Sun Pictures which is producing Sarkar.
AR Murugadoss of Thuppakki and Kaththi fame is directing Sarkar, the film has a promising list of actors like Keerthy, Varalakshmi, Radha Ravi, Pala Karuppaiah and Yogi Babu.
Sarkar will be releasing for this Diwali.
