Chiyaan Vikram had resumed shooting for Saamy Square in Chennai on April 24. The film’s director Hari is presently shooting scenes featuring Vikram and Soori. Keerthy Suresh plays the main female lead in Saamy Square and the team is trying their best to convince Trisha Krishnan to play another heroine but the actress has declined the offer that she is not even listening to the script.
Shibu of Iru Mugan and Puli fame is producing Saamy Square. The film also features Bobby Simha, John Vijay and OAK Sundar as the three villains. The first part of Saamy was a blockbuster at the box office and the film had music by Harris Jayaraj but for the second part, the makers have roped in Devi Sri Prasad.
Sources say that team has completed nearly 75% of the shoot and they will be completing remaining portions by this month.
