We can now confirm that Kubbra Sait is also a part of Gully Boy and her role is going to be really very interesting. And as always, we have all the exclusive deets for you.
As a source close to the development reveals to us exclusively, “Kubbra will be hosting the rap battles that Ranveer will be participating in. Her role is interesting and she will be seen in a glamorous avatar. She will make the rappers battle it out and her lingo will be really cool in the film.” We contacted Kubbra to confirm this and while she sounded really happy and excited about her part, she did not wish to divulge any information about her role. However the actress did reveal that the Gully Boy team themselves had approached her for the part and she is quite happy about this one. As she revealed to us exclusively, “Nandini Shrikent’s Team called me (to discuss Gully Boy). I really liked the part and decided to come on board for the film. It is really amazing how serious and refined the casting business has become today.”
Kubbra, who has been a part of hit films like Ready and Sultan, feels Gully Boy is a really exciting film. As the hottie added, “It’s a fun film. I love the costume and the vibe. For me it was like going back to a college festival, and being around the real rappers. The talent is breathtaking, the energy is infectious.” With the film set to release on 14th February 2019,
