It’s well-known that Bollywood actress Mandira Bedi is essaying a prominent role in Young Rebel Star Prabhas’ highly-anticipated trilingual action thriller, Saaho. In a recent interview with a popular media agency, Mandira revealed her character in Saaho.
Mandira said that she is playing the role of a gangster in Saaho. “Over the last two years, the roles offered to me are either of a gangster or of a cop. By the way, I’m pretty tough. So, it’s nice. The short hair and the whole fitness thing makes people see me only as a cop or a gangster,” said Mandira, who will be seen sporting a bob cut and a toned body in Saaho.
Saaho’s unit is all set to kick-start a 2 month-long adrenaline-filled schedule in the UAE. Several breathtaking action sequences will be canned under Hollywood stunt co-ordinator Kenny Bates’ supervision.
Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor is the leading lady in Saaho, while Neil Nitin Mukesh is essaying the chief antagonist’s role. Sujeeth is directing this high-budget entertainer and UV Creations banner is bankrolling it with a budget of over 150 crores.
