Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif‘s Tiger Zinda Hai has taken over the domestic box office and how! The film has set the ticket window on fire and broke several records. On day 5 again, the film continued its dream run at the box office as it raked in Rs 17.55 crore. With that the film has not only stayed rock steady, but it also neared the Rs 200 crore mark. As trade analyst Taran Adarsh revealed on Twitter, “#TigerZindaHai is a ONE-HORSE RACE. Continues its DREAM RUN. All set to cruise past Rs 200 cr mark today [Thu]. Fri Rs 34.10 crore, Sat Rs 35.30 crore, Sun Rs 45.53 crore, Mon Rs 36.54 crore, Tue Rs 21.60 crore, Wed Rs 17.55 crore. Total: Rs 190.62 crore. India biz. #TZH.”With no competition and such a fantastic word of mouth publicity, we are sure Tiger Zinda Hai will continue its magical run at the domestic box office. In fact, with an estimated collection of Rs 15 – 16 crore on day 7, we are sure it will become the highest grossing Bollywood film of 2017 after beating Golmaal Again in the first week itself. And with no big Bollywood release hitting the screens this week, we expect TZH to see an upward trend over the second weekend too. But will it touch the Rs 250 crore mark by the end of the weekend?
